As far as the food groups go…for us there is veggies, meat, dairy, fruit and donuts. We love the circular sweets a lot!!! Luckily in the last year South Florida has seen some really great donut shops open. There is no denying that the best of the bunch is The Salty Donut.
Our favorites are the Nutella and Guava and Cheese, but trust us each and everyone one of their donuts is fabulous. They are great for breakfast, a snack or dessert.
Meanwhile do you remember how the Cronut from Dominique Ansel’s bakery in NYC went viral? It was that croissant and donut combination. Well, now, thanks to our friends at AviLand Productions, The Salty Donut is going viral. They did this video on the Salty Donut for the Today Show. Warning: It will make you hungry!
