One of our favorite cities for food is Las Vegas. Sure we like Sin City for it’s gambling, nightclubs, pools and more, BUT it’s the food that always leaves the biggest impression on us.
On our latest trip we checked out three great spots, all on MGM properties. All three restaurants were innovative and delicious.:
Aureole at Mandalay Bay: The highlight is the Raclette Fondue and make sure you get a view of the wine cube with the wine angels. It’s pretty spectacular.
Rivea at the Delano: There are so many fabulous things about this restaurant. First and foremost the view is absolutely breathtaking. We also loved the cook pot of vegetables, the Artisanal linguini & clams and the lemon tart.
Carbone at Aria: As fans of the NY location we are excited to try this Vegas location and it didn’t disappoint. The pasta tasted as fresh as it looked, but without a doubt the best part of the meal was the bananas foster. We caught the presentation on video along with all of the other great food we ate.
