They say you can please some of the people all of the time, but you can’t please all of the people, all of the time… well what if there was a way to make ALL of your party or brunch guests happy? I appeared on NBC 6 (WTVJ) today to talk about how to accommodate everyone on your gatherings, regardless of what they eat. Here are some of the great products I spotlighted.

Sensitive to Dairy?
a2 Milk is 100% real, naturally easy to digest milk. Conventional cows’ milk contains both A1 and A2 proteins. Research suggests that the A1 protein in milk causes digestive discomfort in many people. a2 Milk comes from cows that only produce the A2 protein, giving those with dairy sensitivities the opportunity to enjoy real dairy milk. a2 Milk is available at Publix stores.
Celiac or just gluten-free?
Whole Foods has sections dedicated just to gluten-free food. When we host guests we love to have lots of finger foods. Brazi Bites Brazilian Cheese Bread reminds me of the cheese puffs we
all know and love except it’s gluten-free.
What is a party without chips and salsa? Siete grain free tortilla chips are gluten-free and come in great flavors like lime.
Think you can’t eat pizza when you are gluten-free? Think again. PizzaRev is a great new pizza restaurant on Miracle Mile in Coral Gables and they have gluten-free crusts and vegan cheese and we can tell you that it is delicious.

Think about your drinks
Lots of beer and other alcohol have gluten in them so I always try to accommodate people who like to enjoy some beverages, but avoid gluten. One of my go to drinks at all gatherings is MYX Fusions. MYX is a refreshing fruit infused moscato beverage, blended with natural fruit juices & flavors. My favorite is the tropical sangria. These are available at Publix as well.
Nut-free
When I host parties for my kids I usually try to put out a peanut butter and jelly option, BUT if there are kids with nut allergies you want to do a great seed butter. Whole Foods has a few to choose from. They also have great granola bars and cookie options for the kiddos. Kids will be happy and so will their parents!
Vegans and Vegetarians
I am meat-free and I’m always well aware that many of my guests are as well so I always try to have lots of options. Grilling? Beyond Meat’s Beyond Burger is a tasty option. Hummus and baba ganoush are great to have out as dips.
