We love staying on top of trends and we often get inspired by local restaurants. That was the case when I appeared on the ABC affiliate in Tampa this week to talk about trends in breakfast and brunch food. As I made an avocado toast topped with a poached egg I couldn’t help but think of the dish I enjoy so often at Threefold Cafe in South Miami/Coral Gables.
